Why This Playbook Exists

Leading the Way on Compliance

Over the past year, we’ve been working hard to stay ahead of the fast-evolving regulatory landscape - so you don’t have to. From attending Ofgem and DESNZ consultations to publishing our Mind the Gap and Close the Gap e-guides, our goal has been to make sense of complex changes and turn them into clear, practical guidance for property managers.

As the regulatory framework evolves, we will continue to update this Playbook. On 13 December, Ofgem published the Heat Networks Authorisation Conditions. We have now updated this document to reflect the latest published guidance. This includes Billing, Consumer Protections and Authorisation. Full summary documents are also available.
