Over the past year, we’ve been working hard to stay ahead of the fast-evolving regulatory landscape - so you don’t have to. From attending Ofgem and DESNZ consultations to publishing our Mind the Gap and Close the Gap e-guides, our goal has been to make sense of complex changes and turn them into clear, practical guidance for property managers.

As the regulatory framework evolves, we will continue to update this Playbook. On 3rd November, Ofgem published the latest consultation report: Heat Networks Authorisation Conditions. We're currently working through this document and will update this Playbook with the latest information shortly.
